April Stamp Club
There are 4 versions of this next card that uses a white washing technique. First you emboss in white and then you take an aqua painter and dip it onto a whisper white craft ink pad and then paint the inside of the designs. Then you take markers and blender pens and color over the white in the designs. This is such an incredible technique... so simple, yet so elegant.
